The process of remanufacture at our facility begins with disassembly and cleaning of all components before an initial inspection is done. We then perform a thorough inspection to determine the following:
- Dimensional and geometric condition of all component parts.
- Determination of normal wear or evidence of premature failure/wear, arising from either design flaw or in-service conditions.
- Suitability of material selection of all components and seals.
This information is then presented to your personnel for the same review that occurs within our manufacturing process. Upon agreement for desired finished specifications and any design modifications, we will formulate a quotation along with lead time to delivery.
